Recent Projects

As the provider of choice for a number of high profile clients in the Region, the following list outlines recent projects that SESME has completed to our usual high standard.

  • Abu Dhabi Refining Company (TAKREER) - development and delivery of all hazards facility response plans for Abu Dhabi and Ruwais refineries. This project also included the delivery of emergency response training and tabletop exercises at each facility.
  • Abu Dhabi Marine Company for Offshore Operations (ADMA-OPCO) - development and delivery of oil spill and emergency response plans for Das Island, Zakum and Umm Shaif fields along with Oil Spill Response Incident Commander training.
  • Zakum Development Company (ZADCO) - development and delivery of a corporate crisis management plan (CMP) along with facility response plans for Zirku Island, Umm al Dalkh and Satah fields. SESME also delivered emergency response training at all the facilities and conducted equipment maintenance at offshore installations to ensure operational readiness.
  • Fujairah Refining Company Limited (FRCL) - development and delivery of all hazards facility response plans for the Fujairah refinery. This project also included the delivery of fire fighter training for designated emergency responders and incident command training for management.
  • Marine Emergency Mutual Aid Centre (MEMAC) - development and delivery of ROPME Sea Area Regional Oil Spill Contingency Plan along with Regional Oil Spill Exercise in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to test the plan.
  • Ministry of Environmental Affairs (Bahrain) - development and implementation of National Oil Spill Contingency Plan along with training and exercise programme.
  • Abu Dhabi Ports Company (ADPC) - development, delivery and implementation of all hazards emergency response, crisis management and business continuity plans for all facilities owned by ADPC.
